My primary responsibility is to manage the installation and upgrade cycle on company-issued iPad to allow for optimal usage of new Point of Sales (POS) system. Following installation, I provide front-line troubleshooting for network configurations for the new POS system. My proudest achievement thus far is that I improved the network performance by replacing the Ethernet cable.
